Transport of your package

CatNails SRL delivers everywhere in Belgium, Luxembourg and France.

Packages are usually shipped within 48 hours after receiving your payment.
The standard shipping method is via Mondial Relay.
The express shipping method is BPack 24H, delivered without signature. If you prefer delivery with signature, an additional cost applies.
Whatever the chosen shipping method, we will provide you as soon as possible a link that will allow you to follow the delivery of your package online.

Shipping costs include packing, handling and postage. They can contain a fixed part and a variable part according to the price or the weight of your order. We advise you to group your purchases into a single order. We can not group two separate orders and you will have to pay shipping costs for each one. Your package is shipped at your own risk, special care is taken to the package containing fragile products.

Packages are oversized and protected.

Working days :
 from Monday to Friday, except national holidays.

Preparation time : orders received from Monday through Friday, except holidays, are processed the same day if they are placed before 12h or the next business day if they are past 12h. Orders received on Saturdays and / or Sundays are processed the following Monday.
** Transport times : delivery times may vary in case of major forces (bad weather, strikes, etc.).

The shipping costs are FREE for any order of minimum 200 € VAT included.


Standard Delivery : Mondial Relay

CatNails SRL offers its Customers the possibility of receiving the items ordered at a Mondial Reya Point within 2-6 business days (10 maximum) via the Mondial Relay Service. Delivery times may vary in case of force majeure (bad weather, strikes, etc.).
The ordered products are delivered to the Mondial Realy point indicated by the Customer on the order form.
Items are shipped in closed boxes.
With Mondial Relay, no more worry with the delivery of your parcels ! You can pick up your parcels wherever and whenever it suits you best !
You are immediately notified by e-mail, SMS or phone message. Via the tracking number you can track your package at every stage of its delivery.

Express Delivery : BPack 24H - BPack World

CatNails SRL offers its Customers the possibility of receiving items ordered easily and directly from their home or office within 1 to 2 working days via the BPost Postal Service. Delivery times may vary in case of major forces (bad weather, strikes, etc.).
The ordered products are delivered to the postal address indicated by the Customer on the order form.
By registering on the site, the Customer can access the reserved My Account section and manage a directory of delivery addresses and follow, step by step, the evolution of his / her order.
The products are delivered from Monday to Friday, during office hours, except national holidays.
Items are shipped in closed boxes.
An e-mail is sent to the Customer as soon as his / her order is delivered to the Postal Service.
Delivery is considered completed when the package is made available to the Customer at the address indicated on the order form.

Delivery Control

At the delivery of products by the Standard Delivery Service / Postal Service, the Customer is required to check carefully :
 
1. that the packaging is not damaged or altered or it has already been opened;
2. that the number of items received is the same as that indicated on the invoice.
 
The Customer is obliged to report immediately to the deliverer any damage to the packaging and the products as well as any non-correspondence of the number of articles / parcels or non-conformity of the indications. He must mention precisely his reservations on the paper delivery note or on the electronic device of the carrier, in the space reserved for the signature. The Customer must also inform the company CatNails SRL via the Customer Service, indicating which order is problematic.

Inability to Deliver

Conditions vary depending on the service used.

If it is impossible to deliver due to the absence of the addressee at the address indicated, the postman will leave a notice of passage and the package can be removed at the post office within 10 working days. Beyond this deadline, the products will be returned to CatNails SRL.
